TRUE TO THE PICTURES, recently remodeled, with new furniture, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is designed with your comfort in mind. Large, comfortable living room, 3 smart TV, Fast WI-FI, Kitchen with all the essentials, new beds with all white linens, white comforters and reading lights, BACK AND FOOT MASSAGE CHAIRS, and games for the whole family.
Big back yard, fully fenced, outdoors dinning table and fire pit.
A separate, attached private suite is also available for rent. This separate, private suite has it's own entrance and DOES NOT have access to the house, it's amenities or the fenced back yard. As a separate listing, the suite has also its own designated parking area.
ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in vacuum sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

This is a beautiful place that is perfect for a family or a few friends. Everything is well thought out and clean. Location wise you are close to everything. And the host is a class act. I really enjoyed spending time in the back yard with my kids. Thank you Panos!

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. The house was recently renovated and extremely clean. It is in a residential neighborhood, as described. Love the message chairs!!

Easy access… clean modern interior.
3 TVs with the major stream outlets. Good wifi. Complete kitchen and dining. Modern washer/dryer. Private Sunny backyard with lounge chairs and patio table and chairs.
All bathroom towels, soaps etc.
And a surprise massage chair that really does the job. We did enjoy our 11 days and will stay again in future.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
This house is in a quite residential neighborhood, so absolutely no parties, no events, no extra guests and no loud noises please.

Guests, have exclusive access to the whole house and the private, fenced backyard. The code of the electronic lock will be provided on check in day, at 9:00am.
