Welcome Bag: We've prepared a welcome bag with essential items to help you settle in until you can grab more of your favorites at the store.
Parking: Driveway can park up to 3 vehicles & additional street parking if needed
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.
Need Beach Essentials? We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other essentials.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

The property was well maintained and nicely equipped with just about everything we needed. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Your team was prompt to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. If there was something they did not know, they got back to me quickly with an answer.

AC was great. Loved that driveway had parking for 2 cars. Kitchen was clean, but dated. It was well equipped except it was missing a coffee machine for pods. Dining room was a good size . Massive amount of decorative pillows was so annoying and pillows were ancient , with some shabby looking. Sofa was in sad shape and beds were super high or unsupportive.
