Unit includes parking on site for 1 car, a full well stocked updated kitchen, along with an updated living and dining room. All 3 bedrooms have TVs, and there is a beach storage closet down on the first level with tons of chairs, toys, and a new beach cart for your use!

-4 Flatscreen TVs, all 3 Bedrooms and the living room have TVs
-beach cart, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and children's beach toys included in beach storage unit
-Collection of games, books and DVDs is available
-Outdoor BBQ Gas Grill available for use

Welcome bag on counter- nice touch! Well- stocked kitchenBeach buggy- well stocked beach suppliesNightlights all over the rentalFans in rooms- not only ceiling but small portable ones( great for menopausal women!!) Prime location- great views and right at the entrance to the boardwalk leading to the beachBeverage fridge Balcony- 4 chairs/ no tableOutside showerGrillNicely decorated Maintenance issue/ fixed same day- communication is great with the management teamComfortable living roomHuge fridgeIce maker in freezer a plus for packing beach coolersCons- One bathroom in main living area( other in master bedroom upstairs) One parking space- tight. Other guests will have to either pay for street parking outside condo or park a few blocks away( free) Smaller washer/ dryer( space saver) Will definitely return!! The pros definitely outweigh the cons!!

This was the second time we stayed in the condo and would love to return. The home is beautiful and well stocked. Location is perfect
