Located on the ground floor with its own private entrance, this beachfront retreat is perfect for couples or small families looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to everything the Placencia Peninsula has to offer.
Start your day on your private covered porch with a cup of coffee while enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful ocean views. Just beyond your porch, you'll find the sandy beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water.
Cool off in the shared beachfront pool, designed with both sunny and shaded areas, a built-in lounging bench, and an outdoor BBQ grill for casual meals by the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, featuring a full-size refrigerator, gas oven and stovetop, microwave, and plenty of counter space for preparing everything from breakfast to fresh seafood dinners.
The bungalow comfortably accommodates up to three guests with one private bedroom featuring large wardrobes and a comfortable twin daybed in the living area, making it ideal for two adults and one child. Air conditioning in the main living area quickly cools the entire bungalow, while ceiling fans in both the kitchen and bedroom provide additional comfort.
Guests also enjoy complimentary use of an ocean kayak, along with fresh linens, beach towels, and starter toiletries, so you can begin enjoying your beachfront vacation as soon as you arrive.

You'll be centrally located between Placencia Village and Maya Beach, giving you easy access to some of Belize's best restaurants, beach bars, and local attractions.
Placencia Village is just a 10-minute drive south, offering colorful cafés, boutique shopping, waterfront restaurants, and the famous Placencia Sidewalk. Ten minutes north, Maya Beach is home to several excellent restaurants and a laid-back Caribbean atmosphere.
Just a short five-minute walk away, Sirenian Bay Resort offers dining, cocktails, gelato, mini golf, pickleball, tennis, and a fitness center available with a day pass.

The property is approximately a 2½ to 3½-hour drive from the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, or you can take a scenic 30-minute domestic flight directly to the Placencia Airstrip.
Our team is happy to assist with airport transfers, golf cart rentals, bicycle rentals, fishing charters, island-hopping adventures, snorkeling, diving, inland tours, and other local experiences to help you make the most of your stay.
Traveling with friends or extended family? This property can also be rented as a two-bedroom or full three-bedroom beachfront home, with each accommodation offering its own private entrance.

A separate rental agreement, including house rules, must be signed prior to arrival.
Starter toiletries are provided for your convenience. Guests staying for longer periods may wish to purchase additional supplies during their stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and quiet. We werent able to get into the ocean due to sargassum. But no big deall we played in the pool instead

The place was perfect for us! We felt right at home with all the little touches. There was a guide book they made, that let us know about the owners as well as their favorite places to eat and visit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It felt like our home away from home. We really liked the water filter too. The place was beautifulky decorated. It is also close to the putt putt place where you can have drinks and dinner as wellWhen we first arrived, we received the incorrect code, but they reaponded very quickly with the correct code. The floors and cabinets were a little dirty but we cleaned it since the cleaning supplies were available. The pool was perfect. And we enjoyed playing jenga on the patio. The secure entrance was really nice. There were people checking on the property while we stayed there. They maintained the pool, grounds, and outdoor cameras.

Great stay, beautiful location right on the beach. The pool was perfect for our little one - just the right size. The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The location provides easy access to a number of areas, groceries, restaurants, beaches, etc. We would stay again!

We had the Best time at Sunny Bungalows. The place is well kept, the pool is refreshing, and the view from the porch while drinking my coffee every morning is priceless. We will definitely be staying here on our Next Belize Vacation.
