This third-floor 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom condo is designed to make every guest feel at home, with each bedroom featuring a private bathroom and an additional half-bath for convenience. Enjoy balconies with Gulf Blvd views, where you can relax and take in the sea breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and gathering, and the in-unit washer and dryer make laundry easy during longer stays. The building offers a private pool just for guests, secure on-site parking, and elevator access. Pet-friendly and equipped with WiFi, this space is ready to welcome you for an unforgettable beachside getaway.
Guest Access:
Sea Haven Villas are overseen by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad locks. After you've submitted all necessary paperwork and settled your fees, you'll receive an email from La Copa Vacations. This email will include detailed entry instructions and a unique code to access your condo, which will expire at 11am on your departure date.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed staying at this property! The space is modern and clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom which made the stay very comfortable for all us. The beach is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment which was an added benefit! Th check-in process was a little bumpy as we were given incorrect check-in instructions but the property managed did there best to resolve this issue. Overall I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and we absolutely loved it! It was SO spacious and the fact that EVERY room had it’s own bathroom was the best thing. We wish the rules had been a little more lax, given that we weren’t at the hotel property. We had to be mindful about volume and there were pool restrictions. Once we saw the rules, we had to be careful. I feel they should have been more loose since we weren’t on the actual hotel property. The elevator definitely needs AC, it was hot for the few minutes you were in there. Despite that, I still gave it 5 stars and would definitely come back!
