Come enjoy South Padre Island, TX while staying in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome with a Private Pool! Our property is located only 1/2 a block from the beach!
This tastefully decorated vacation rental is perfect for families and friends to be together. You will love the coastal vibes this townhome has! This property accommodates up to 12 guests.

The private pool area has a custom design for guests to take a dip, cool off, catch some sun, and enjoy South Padre Island's tropical climate! The beach is approximately a 4-5 minute walk from our front door!

The ground floor of the townhome consists of the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features new furniture including a large couch and sitting chair to accommodate plenty of guest seating space. Guests will love watching their favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the flat screen tv.

If you plan to cook during your stay, preparing family meals will be fun in this kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The kitchens come stocked with plenty of glassware, dinner plates, etc so you will feel right at home!

The dining area is located next to the living room and entails a dining table which seats 8 guests and is great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen countertop has an additional 3 bar stools for guests to sit as well.

This home has full internet access and cable tv.
When guests are ready to rest, our first guest room is located upstairs. It has two sets of beautiful, beach-grey bunk beds with secured ladders. The lower bunks are full size with twin sizes above. It shares a bathroom with the master bedroom which is equipped with a King bed and access to the balcony facing the pool. Our second guest room with 2 full-size beds is located downstairs and is perfect for a small family or the older kids in the group

Every stay at 123 E. The house was just what I needed. The kitchen downstairs was what I needed. The pool was so much fun. We will definitely be back.

The house was in a great location. It's in good shape for an older property. The only complaints I have are the backyard area was pretty dirty. There is a lot of dirt coming from the neighbors property that flows into the pool deck area which makes things muddy when playing in the pool. We also saw lots of cigarette butts and dog waste. We were disappointed to not find a broom in the house to clean up sand/dirt/debris on the floor. It would have been nice to be able to sweep daily for our own good. Also, there were no kitchen towels? All these things are minor and would still recommend to friends and family. The SPI Rentals staff were all very nice and accommodating.
