The compact design and open plan restoration of living space has taken full advantage of the great views from the 6th floor overlooking the city with a cool juxtaposition of style, design, and comfort. In a building with a lift.
The rustic wood floors, muted colour palette, and sparse space-age environmental design are soothing and simple and give the older apartment renewed character❤️
A fun mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings and decor lend a timeless quality that accentuates the recent renovations. With two full bedrooms, the main guest suite has an en-suite sink while extra guests will find a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. Sleek and utilitarian kitchen and baths feature updated fixtures and luxury amenities⭐

The bed sizes are 160*200cm (main bedroom), 1 bed with 140x200cm + 1 bed with 90x200cm (second bedroom).

Everything was great except the lift stopped working for one night and day. Being on the sixth floor meant a long climb. I emailed the company and they said all the doors on every floor needed to be closed. We checked every door on every floor and made sure they were all closed. That did NOT fix the problem. Building maintenance did come later that night and fixed it. Otherwise, a great stay!

Me and my three friends were overall pleased with the unit, but there were some instances that cant be overlooked.
First off the good:,
- Clean space right in the heart of Baixa with limited noise in the unit which can be an issue in this area
- Three a/c units to keep the condo cool throughout the day
- Modern finishes and appliances are always appreciated
- Well priced
Now the bad:
- We waited outside of the unit for 1+ hours with our luggage since the code wasnt working. Host eventually changed us in, but would have appreciated quicker action.
- The second bathroom isnt actually a bathroom and shouldnt be listed as such. It has a sink and a stool.
- Construction occuring on building which we should have been notified about beforehand.
Overall, this has the potential to be a great listing and if you can address these issues beforehand with the host, i'd reco renting.
