Highly desirable ground-floor / corner unit with plenty of shade.
Imagine relaxing in your very own wrap-around veranda, which is screened-in, tiled, and has ceiling fans! Amazing views of the lake and wildlife directly from your living room windows. Sunshine streams through the windows, filtered by the leaves and branches of the lush plants surrounding the screened in veranda. Please note that we continually upgrade our vacation rentals and recently removed the older "tub/shower" and replaced it with a modern walk-in shower. So now we have 2 baths with 2 walk-in showers!
Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space.
You can walk around the lake on the boardwalk to admire the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall. During one stroll, a guest counted 32 turtles around the lake! Fishing is permitted with a catch and release policy.
Everything about this home is luxurious. Hi quality cotton sheets to snuggle into. Abundant fluffy pillows. Plenty of towels including pool towels.

Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, plus many more. Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).
In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 4 people.
Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age. Not suitable for toddlers age 9 months to 4 years

This was the perfect place for our needs for this trip. Loved the decor. Place was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need including pans, dishes etc. Plenty of towels including for the pool. Host responded to questions within a reasonable time. Loved watching the hummingbirds while working just outside the window. The only thing we had an issue with was the pool. Had a lot of dirt, small branches etc. in it when we were there. Not sure if there is someone that is suppose to clean it out every so often. Overall we loved it and would certainly stay here again if we came back to this area.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay when in Phoenix. Besides being a beautiful condo, it was well stocked with everything needed. A quick trip to the local Fry's for groceries, and all set for a great week.
Great enclosed back porch for enjoying the wonderful Arizona evenings. A beautiful lake for an evening or morning walk made it complete.
Could not ask for a more convenient, quiet, peaceful property.
Will definitely be back when in Phoenix.

Everything was as promised. Great view of the lake, very peaceful. House was perfect, very comfy bed. Nice shower. Kitchen is great, has everything you need. Will come back when traveling to Phoenix.

This property was very clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The location in the community was exceptional as well. Ground floor, with quick access to the walking path, pool, pickle ball courts as well as trash and recycling bins.The unit is furnished beautifully and everything was very comfortable. There is more than adequate closet space if you're spending an extended stay. Communication with the property manager was clear and prompt. We will definitely be staying in this unit again during our next visit.
