NEWLY RENOVATED- Beautiful, spacious, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath SECOND FLOOR lakefront condo with stunning views.
Enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished 3BR/2BA condo in North Central Phoenix overlooking Lake Biltmore. Enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail on your private, fully screened-in balcony while viewing the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are activities right on the premises, such as catch and release fishing, (catch & release/fishing pole provided), strolling around the lake while taking in the scenery including a babbling brook and waterfall, or taking a dip in the heated community pool or hot tub. There are Gas barbecue grills located throughout the facility as well.
There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! The immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, plus many more. Starbucks Coffee and Barnes & Noble bookstore are a quick walk away! There are multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities that are close by. The condo has easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17.
For a day trip, check out the Grand Canyon, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from the condo, or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona which is only 1.5 hours away, or enjoy the old mining town of Gerome, or perhaps a drive to Tombstone.

Very nice condo with just the right amount of space. We especially enjoyed the views of the lake from the large patio. The walk around the lake became a daily thing. We enjoyed the ducks and geese and turtles as well. The heated pool and spa were a plus to enjoy, as well as the pickleball court. The central location made it easy to get around. I loved that restaurants and grocery stores were very close and easy to reach. Everything was clean with comfortable furnishings. We would definetely consider staying again as our stay was very positive.

Convenient location. Great communication from owners. Spacious. Everything we needed was provided. The lake was a peaceful view. Walking path around the lake was perfect. Highly recommend.

The place is immaculate and extremely well-stocked, and the location of this unit is ideal! It's directly across from the pool/jacuzzi/tennis courts & right next to the entrance to the lake. As a corner unit you get a gorgeous view of the lake & the creek feeding into it, with ducks, geese, hummingbirds & wildlife right outside. Our hosts were so helpful, & went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. There was a slight issue with the water - not their fault at all, the entire building was shut down for some maintenance for part of a day. They came over to make sure we were OK and offered to put us up in a hotel until it was fixed and even refund the nights we weren't able to stay there. We chose to stay and wait it out, and it turned out just fine with it getting fixed in just a few hours. But knowing they were willing to go to those lengths to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable made all the difference.We've stayed in another unit in the complex (further down toward the other end of the lake). While the footprint of the condo was the same, this one was so much nicer if for no other reason than the location, but also it had more amenities within the unit itself provided by the owners. The kitchen has all you need to cook anything, there are plenty of towels for both the bath and the pool, and everything you could think of was provided. We hope to stay there again when we visit Phoenix and our family there in the future. Lovely stay!
