You’ll love this hidden gem located in highly desirable South Charlotte in Ballantyne. Beautifully decorated with a professional touch. Relax sipping on your favorite beverage while sitting pool side in comfortable outdoor seating. The pool is in the center of the community a short stroll away. The pool schedule is typically May 1 until September 31st. Operating hours are 9:00am - Sunset every day.

Wonderful property, had all the amenities. Loved being able to use the garage for my truck. Plenty of room and it is quiet and peaceful. Convenient to shopping and eating and also to the golf tournament.

The townhome was squeaky clean, well-equipped and had a great layout for 4 adults - enough space in common and good separation between bedrooms. The location for us was ideal to easily explore Ballantyne. We had a great time!
