About this house rental
This colonial style house is in the most sought after area in Charlotte - Ballantyne. Locality is not only known for the well maintained neighborhoods but also for top rated schools. House sits on a 1 acre land with lots of back yard space. As you enter the house, You will find spacious family room on the right and formal dining on the left. Family room is furnished with a modern sofa , love seat and glass top center and side tables. Formal dining is furnished with 6 seater dark cherry dining table. Kitchen is equipped with a cook top stove with a built-in oven, a refrigerator and a dish washer. Laundry room is located on the main floor and is equipped with brand new washer & Dryer set and wash sink. As you go upstairs , you will be invited into a spacious master bedroom with a king size mattress. Attached Master bath has two vanities and a walk-in closet. There are two guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen size beds in each. Bonus/Third bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds to accommodate big families. We are not allowing any kind of outdoor events or parties at the property.

The hosts were very friendly and receptive to all my questions from the time of booking, throughout my stay and at checkout. The home is beautiful and in a good area for getting around the city. The property was clean and great for accommodating family rentals. My family and I had wonderful experience and stay at this home and would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Charlotte NC area.

We did not use the hot tub. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stock for cooking.

The house is beautiful and very large! Backyard is amazing! Wifi never worked but everything else was great! Fantastic home!
