    Great staff at the reception; friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The hotel feels brand new. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent en-suite bathroom. Good WiFi. Plenty of parking spaces for motorbikes or cars. Breakfast was good and filling. Overall, an excellent one-night stay. Highly recommended!

    Had a good stay with Hotel De One Dee. Definitely the best option for a transit hotel in the area as you travel or pass by. Facilities are modern and you can tell there are some good design elements to the hotel and aesthetics. However, for a hotel relatively new, there were already quite a few blemishes in the rooms. Bed sheets/pillows had some stains, only sitting stool were a bit dated and also stained. Staff themselves were friendly. I think the hotel policies could be changed a bit though to be more customer friendly. As soon as you arrive, they ask for 300 baht as a deposit for key card. Which I know some hotels do, but it gives the impression of being cheap…room deposit makes more sense if it were framed that way. But what really strikes me as cheap was later I called and asked for an extra pillow, and they wanted to charge 50 baht for it. Which just left a poor taste in my mouth. After hundreds of hotel stays, this was the first time any hotel wanted to charge extra for as simple a housekeeping request as an extra pillow. So the suggestion to the hotel? Just improve your customer experience. If you want to have these kind of micro transactions and small costs, raise the price of the stay to cover it. I’d rather pay more upfront on the room cost then have to deal with a room card deposit or 50 baht for an extra pillow that adds layers of complexity to a guest’s stay. Just bundle these costs/risks into the price so the guests can have a more seamless experience. Otherwise, a decent stay. Environment was nice, food was not bad and conveniently downstairs.
