We're perfectly located central to ALL of Northwest Arkansas. From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Park View Place since we're only 2.5 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!

Great house and location! We were all adults in town for an event at the University of Arkansas but it’s convenient for families with children, close to many other nature activities, too. Hosts were very responsive to questions. You can’t go wrong staying here and we would book again if staying in the area.

Great place ! Great amenities ! Wish we would have had time to use the bikes. The beds were very comfortable. Anything in the area was 15-20 minutes away. Good location. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Cute, cozy and comfortable. Check in/check out process easy. Online pics accurate. Communication with management was just right. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
