About this house rental
Beautifully done 2/2 + BUNK room remodeled home with wood floors throughout, all new furnishings & appliances. The location can’t be more perfect with restaurants & bars & high school events in walking distance & the beach a 5 min drive! The home is on a large corner lot facing west to see the Florida sunsets from the open porch! The kitchen is perfect for meals, open to dining area! Family friendly or share for a business trip/ baseball camp/ school/ internships!

The home and host were terrific. It’s a cute, well-appointed property with thoughtful details throughout. The location is convenient to the beach and several great restaurants, which made everything easy and enjoyable.One thing future guests should be aware of is the close proximity to the train tracks. Trains run during the night and the whistle can be heard several times. I am a light sleeper, and I did not sleep well during our three-night stay because of the noise. That said, it did not bother my friend at all, so it may simply depend on your sensitivity to sound.

The front of Highland House is situated on a quiet residential street where we enjoyed sunny days on the front porch and warm breezes overlooking the shady yard with palm tree trees and staghorn ferns. Long walks were safe with minimal traffic.The home is near the town center with shopping convenient. But what makes Highland House five star is the glamorous interior. Newly updated with deluxe appointments, the home is BIG! The kitchen and main bath are gleaming. All the bedrooms are spacious and luxurious. There is even a separate room with comfortable desk and chair for computer use that we loved. There are too many thoughtful details for guest comfort to list here, but we appreciated every one.During our stay, Nicole, our host, responded instantly to our few questions. We spent a wonderful week in Highland House. We hope to return.
