About this house rental

Beautifully done 2/2 + BUNK room remodeled home with wood floors throughout, all new furnishings & appliances. The location can’t be more perfect with restaurants & bars & high school events in walking distance & the beach a 5 min drive! The home is on a large corner lot facing west to see the Florida sunsets from the open porch! The kitchen is perfect for meals, open to dining area! Family friendly or share for a business trip/ baseball camp/ school/ internships!

Clean, nice, well decorated, plenty of space, nice proximity to downtown—walking distance to shopping and coffee shops. Would highly recommend.

The home and host were terrific. It’s a cute, well-appointed property with thoughtful details throughout. The location is convenient to the beach and several great restaurants, which made everything easy and enjoyable.One thing future guests should be aware of is the close proximity to the train tracks. Trains run during the night and the whistle can be heard several times. I am a light sleeper, and I did not sleep well during our three-night stay because of the noise. That said, it did not bother my friend at all, so it may simply depend on your sensitivity to sound.

Beautiful, well maintained and very clean. We were super comfortable, even in the unusually cold weather temps. Host was very nice and accommodating. Would love to go back some day
