Discover the beauty of Maui from Hale Mahina A205, a second-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that offers a comfortable and memorable island retreat. Designed to sleep up to 4 guests, this spacious, open-concept unit invites you to unwind and enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living.
Upon entering, you'll find a bright, welcoming living area with a cozy queen sofa bed for extra guests. The space flows seamlessly to the expansive private lanai, where you can take in breathtaking ocean views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a sunset cocktail. Although there is no air conditioning, ceiling fans help keep the unit cool and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals, from modern appliances to ample cookware and counter space, making it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to full dinners. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for added convenience, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Retreat to the inviting bedroom, which features a plush king-size bed for restful nights, and enjoy the spacious bathroom with dual sinks, generous counter space, and a shower/bathtub combo.
Please Note: The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks to six weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions.
• The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined.
• Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases, however some area may be cordoned off for safety.

The unit was amazing! Great sunset views and location was fantastic. Check-in had a glitch with the code but after hours contact got us right in with no issues. Great condo and great hosts.

View was perfect. Rooms were clean and inviting...except for the lanai. The chair pillows were worn and flat, one had a very large hole in the center. The chaise pad was dirty and stained and smelled. I sent a photo the day we arrived but got no response. The lanai door and screen sticks when opening and closing. Also, if one wanted to use the hide a bed couch, we would warn that the noise from the bed frame is very loud. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Again, view was magnificent and the rest of the interior was nice and well appointed. Oh, and really appreciated the rope lights along the hallway and stairs! Would recommend and stay again, with the issues mentioned resolved.Michaela and GordonRedmond, WA

Poor beginning to our stay. The code given to us was incorrect. The call center for Perfect Stay personnel didn't really know what to so they called someone for a code. After 3 tries they finally sent someone to the condo & she was able to get us in. Power went out due to high winds. It took us over an hour to get into condo. If we had been able to get in when we arrived we would not have been lugging luggage & groceries up 2 flights of stairs in the dark to get in.

Beach and turtles were spectacular! The condo had everything needed and the location was convenient. Sunsets and closeness to the ocean was the best!!
