This one-bedroom unit is ideal for your Tassie getaway. With an open plan kitchen, living, and dining room, one bedroom, and one bathroom, this lovely unit is just a ten-minute drive to the Hobart CBD.
This property has one bedroom with a king bed, that can be split into two singles upon request.
There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities.
There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.
Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too.
Due to the property being contactless self check-in, the booking guest is required to complete an online registration, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). With all adult bookings, the main reservation holder must be over the age of 25 years old.

The "few steps" turned out to be 28, quite a lot for seniors in their 70's. Quiet location during vacation time as school was closed. Well equipped and confortable. Great parking.
