Your worries will fade away as you are captured by the serenity of this beautiful location which is sure to provide the perfect vacation. Located only steps away from the sand with direct beach access in a non-crowded section of Ocean Sands, you will be able to enjoy wonderful ocean views and stunning sunrises.
The top level of the home consists of a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and two dishwashers. Feel the comfort of the open floor plan while you gaze out at the ocean from the large dining room windows. The upper deck area boasts incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean which can also be seen from the large, window-lined great room which features an oversized sectional and big screen HDTV cable television. The expansive dining table seats 12 with 3 additional seats at the beautiful new kitchen breakfast bar. There are two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom also located on the upper level which include comfortable furnishings. The main floor features a spacious family room with a mounted 55-inch HDTV cable television and access to the deck. The Master Bedroom on this level has a king-size bed overlooking the ocean, a ROKU TV, and a private bathroom. Catch the sunrise from bed or via the mid-level deck which is accessible directly from the bedroom. Property location was perfect to get to beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Linens were to be provided but we were short towels. Luckily some family members brought their own. One bed didn’t have sheets on it so we had to search for sheets. Availability notification system didn’t work. We were never notified that the property was available to check-in. Finally just checked at 7 p.m. and it looked like it was ready. Found out it was first property finished and ready. Very disappointing that we weren’t notified. Other than those few details the property worked well for our family.
