Positives easy walk to the beach. Great family spaces kitchen,dining, living area plenty of seating for big family gatherings. Generally clean. Negatives not enough silverware(only 9 forks) Water from outside shower gathers around back door entrance. Pool area nice and enjoyed by little ones outdoor furniture well used. Overall loved our big family vacation together might stay again due to location great indoor space and cleanliness.

We love this house. This is our 2nd year staying in this exact house, and our 3rd in this neighborhood. It is a very short walk out to the beach and there are a lot of good sized rooms, space, and things for the kids to do. The only negative this I would say about this property is the condition of the beds. The mattresses are very old and springy and definitely need to be replaced in most, if not all, of the bedrooms.
