There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We needed a true Rest and Relaxation trip and we certainly had one. The house was so welcoming! Everything was easily accessible and well thought out.

This house was just perfect! It was very cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed for our 4th of July beach vacation. Plenty of bedding and extra blankets. The house was very clean, and they provided starter sets of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised to find shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the showers. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and the proximity to the pools and beach!

Palmilla Beach was a great stay - quiet, comfortable, everything we needed. The property is still undergoing lots of construction but it was professionally done and not disruptive. Loved the Oasis pool and the food and drinks were great.

Upon arrival we had several issues we asked Vacasa to address. They constantly sent text messages advising they would have the local team reach out and resolve the issues and never did. This is the exact same experience we had the last time we booked with them. They are so nice and concerned via their text messages and didn’t lift a finger to assist us. Will not make the same mistake again.
