This townhouse is super close to the boardwalk to get onto the beach so a golf cart is not necessary, which is great. It is three stories so the views are great, and your legs will be like steel after your trip! The kitchen is functional and has gas to cook. If you’re going to cook bring all of the sprays/oils/seasoning. There are pots and pans but might need a couple more hot pads. Overall a really great place. The garage doors need to be serviced because they grind and are loud, but that isn’t really a problem to discourage picking this place.

The house was perfect for our two families. Great access to the beach and the pool. A golf cart is a must and you can drive on the beach to all the places you need to go. The only downside was the temperature in the house-pretty cold. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We loved the location, proximity to the beach, and the pool with swim up bar. The home was cool, quiet and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Great amount of dishes to accommodate large groups. Four bedrooms was an huge plus. Unfortunately the home was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Dirty towels in washing machine, sand on sofa, and chunks on floor and carpet. There were zero blankets beyond the bedspreads on the beds. The extra pillows in the closet had no pillow cases. There were no wash cloths or pool towels provided. We had to make many calls, texts, and a trip to guest services to get some additional towels, but never received 1 towel per person. The Ice maker barely made ice so we had to go out and buy bags of ice and ice cube trays. Casita Bonita and Palmilla were gorgeous and we would love to visit again, but Vacasa put a negative feeling on all of us.
