About this house rental
“Seas The Moments" (formerly known as Three Little Birds) has it all for your family vacation with immediate proximity to the gulf and a community pool (heated in off season) across the street. Lakeside Pool, adjoining Lake Carillon, is the quietest and least used of the three community pools. Open concept main floor features oversized living, dining, and kitchen space with wide-plank hardwood floors. The screened porch opens to an outdoor entertainment area with a wood-burning fireplace, grill and wicker seating. Guests can relax in a courtyard by the fireplace or toast the setting sun from the 3rd floor tower.
A second primary ensuite bedroom, guest bedroom, and a two twin bedroom are on the second floor. The dreamy primary bedroom has a king bed positioned against a reclaimed wood backdrop opening onto an expansive balcony with lake and dune views. A guest bedrooms with a queen bed and two twin beds share a bathroom with a shower.
From this home you will have immediate access not only to community pools and amenities, but also to grocery, drug store, ATM, donut shops, specialty shopping, and restaurants, all within a less than 5 minute drive.
Across the courtyard is a 2-BR, 2.5-bath guest cottage. On the first floor are 2 guest BRs, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom with large, glass-enclosed showers. (OPPORTUNITIES FOR RENTAL OF GUEST COTTAGE ALONE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST).

Walk-Over #7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests.
Seas the Moments is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles maximum. One Vehicle or Golf Cart may be in the gravel area in front of the home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.

We loved this home and cottage, and will back next year. It was perfectly situated across from the pool and only 1 house away from the beach walkover. It was well appointed, extremely clean, and large enough for our extended family. Also, the property management company was great, easy check and check out. Carillon itself is a wonderful beach community.

The house was perfect for our family beach trip. The location in Carillon is ideal - very close to the walkover and directly across from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans. We enjoyed all the outdoor space as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Three Little Birds was the perfect home for my husband, myself, and all of my cousins. The proximity to the pool and just the ease of getting around the neighborhood was amazing. On top of the house being beautiful, the property owners were super communicative, and all around great hosts. If we're ever in Carillon Beach again, we would definitely stay here.

My extended family of 13 stayed in Three Little Birds for the week of Thanksgiving. We have been visiting Carillon for close to 25 years (we actually got married at the chapel in 2002!) & have stayed in numerous houses & this was one of our favorites! The location to the beach & one of the many heated pools was great & very convenient. We played pickleball & tennis everyday & the younger children loved the playground. The location to PCB & 30a & Destin is great. The house was very comfortable with all of us. It was nice to also have the carriage house to spread out in. The main living area was actually larger than what I was expecting from the photos! We all easily fit in the kitchen, dining, living, & porch areas & felt very connected together there. We had no trouble cooking our Thanksgiving meal with the kitchen in the main house plus the additional kitchen in the carriage house. And we comfortably fit around the dining table & the bar seats for our meals. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware & tools. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this home & continue to love Carillon! We hope to return to make more family memories! Plus I’ve already told another large family about this house & recommended it to them.
