Wooden Shoe: Large gulf-front with expansive Gulf views, elevator, near pool

Wooden Shoe, so named by its Dutch owner, perched high atop the dunes offers multiple, stunning gulf views. In addition to its two master suites on the gulf, this home features an oversized kitchen with high end appliances and ample cooking/dining space for 16 guests comfortably accommodated. The elevator services all three floors including the separate living space with media room and wet bar on the lower level. In total, Wooden Shoe offers five bedrooms plus two separate bunk areas.

On the beach in front of the house, you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) with pads and two umbrellas (March 1 - Oct 31). We provide our guests with beach towels.

Wooden Shoe is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles Maximum OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart - golf cart charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.
