This spectacular villa in Coín offers an ideal space for groups of up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 380 m² of modern and cosy comfort. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy both rural tranquillity and an excellent connection with supermarkets, restaurants and nearby tourist attractions such as beaches, natural parks and golf courses.
Holiday accommodation with swimming pool in Coín
The exterior is a true oasis: private pool surrounded by palm trees, well-maintained garden, 32 m² terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a perfect barbecue area for gatherings and unforgettable moments. From the covered porch, you can enjoy relaxing views and evenings with family or friends.
The interior stands out for its modern and welcoming style. The entrance is decorated with contemporary art and a zen garden that provides serenity. The spacious living room with fireplace and television with internet connection creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxing or entertainment nights. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, ensuring comfort and functionality to prepare any meal.
The villa has a children's bedroom located near the social areas, ideal for keeping the little ones safe and close to the family. The main bedroom is a resting refuge with a private terrace, vintage chaise longue and en-suite bathroom with rain effect shower, independent bathtub and dressing room. Another bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and bathtub, while the remaining bedrooms offer double or single beds, adapting to different needs.
The house has heating by heat pump and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, guaranteeing comfort in any season. In addition, it has a garage, washing machine, dryer, and three televisions so that nothing is missing during your stay.

Cubo's Villa Agua de Azahar is a beautiful villa set in glorious gardens. It is very homely with everything you could need in a modern and stylish villa. The house is located up a long, and not very well kept, road, but is a short drive into the town of Coin and provides a great base for visiting other surrounding towns. a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful home.

Cubo's Villa Agua de Azahar is a beautiful villa set in glorious gardens. It is very homely with everything you could need in a modern and stylish villa. The house is located up a long, and not very well kept, road, but is a short drive into the town of Coin and provides a great base for visiting other surrounding towns. The only downside for us was the neighbours' dog. Whilst he was extremely cute and friendly, we had to contact the office on the second day as he's managed to break his way into our garden and home, jumping all over us. I am not sure anything was done, as we managed to find out where he was coming in and blocked the hole!! Also, we had 3 cats that moved into the house while we were there. No chance of keeping them out when we were there with the doors open! Just wanted to mention it, as some people do not like, or are allergic, to animals! We are animal lovers, but still found the animals to be a bit of a nuisance. Overall, a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful home.

When we were leaving we didn’t know where to leave our house keys so we tried to call but nobody answered.

Was an absolutely a stunning property and location views were un spoilt garden was immaculate only problem need cover on pool as fills very quickly with leaves and collect in corners took them allday to come clean pool so lost a day as didn’t want to use pool and disturb what was on the bottom but other than that it’s was perfect
