Country house near Pizarra, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This spacious property is ideal for a family holiday, thanks to its outdoor amenities, seven bedrooms with fans, and all the comforts it offers. The property comprises three separate houses that, in total, can accommodate up to 14 people. Each house has a kitchen and a living room, and when rented together, you will have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, including the outdoor areas. Renting all three houses is the same price as a single booking for 14 people.
The first house is located on the ground floor of the property. It has two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a fireplace.
The upstairs house has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub is also available for guests staying in this house. The living/dining room has air conditioning (heating and cooling) and a fireplace.
The third house is a two-story apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower upstairs. The ground floor features a living room with air conditioning (heating and cooling) and a kitchenette, as well as a fireplace.
The enormous private swimming pool allows you to cool off and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, which you can admire while relaxing on the sun loungers or in the chill-out areas located around the property.
The outdoor amenities include a ping-pong table, several shaded areas and outdoor dining spaces, a spacious gravel patio, and two barbecues, one of which is portable. A private parking area for six vehicles is available on the property.
The houses will be opened according to the number of guests for whom the reservation is made. The entire complex will only open when the maximum guest capacity is reached.
The farmhouse is accessible via a 400-meter dirt track.

We loved the accommodation. The owners were friendly and responsive. The property was wonderful, very relaxing. Easy access considering its location with only one small stretch of dirt track and it is only a short drive to the village of Pizarra for shopping and restaurants. We had a family reunion and it was the perfect place for it. Lots of space for everyone to relax. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed playing ping pong. We also had a great barbecue. We will definitely come back!

We thought the place, it’s location and the views were out of this world. Such a beautiful place to spend time with family.
However, the facilities are not all fit for purpose. The kitchen in the main house is not very well equipped. To cook a meal for a large family it was difficult. The oven is not good at all.
The listing says the property has Wi-Fi but this was very poor. We needed Wi-Fi for our family business to be monitored whilst we were away but the speed was very slow and most of the house could not access it at all. The plumbing for the bathroom is archaeic. If you flush toilet tissue, designed to be flushed, the shower backs up with faeces rising from the floor drain. This might be an issue for this region, however in my opinion this does not make it a superior stay.
We had issues with washing machines not working too so we had to share the one that worked properly.
The owners don’t speak any English, so you need to be ready with a translate app in order to have a conversation.
The owners said that they would come once a week to service the pool. They actually turned up unannounced on a few occasions and started watering plants. All they needed to do was give us a schedule of when they were planning on coming so that we were expecting them. One afternoon I was sunbathing by the pool in swimwear and they turned up. It felt very intrusive. We tried to explain, using the translate app that this was not acceptable but they didn’t seem bothered that we were upset.
They gave us our deposit back on the last day but then emailed after we got home to say that they wanted 50 euros back and accused us of leaving the place unclean, even though we had left it spotless.
I wouldn’t go back to this place, although the area is stunning.
