Villa Vereda del Palmar is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday any time of year. Located just 20 minutes from the beach and Malaga International Airport, this villa offers an ideal combination of tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the Costa del Sol's main attractions.
The villa sits on a 5,000 m² plot, of which over 1,000 m² are dedicated to recreational areas. You'll find a spectacular private heated swimming pool (14 x 8 m), equipped with a water slide and diving board. Around the pool, you can relax on an elegant Balinese bed or the available sun loungers.
For entertainment, the recreation area includes a pool table, a professional foosball table, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, swings for children, and a barbecue for enjoying the outdoors. All of this is located near the pool, creating an ideal space for fun with family or friends.
On the property, in addition to the chicken coop with fresh eggs daily, you'll find exotic cockatoos and fruit trees producing avocados, plums, oranges, figs, and other organically grown fruits available for our guests.

The house has a surface area of 240 m² distributed over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 adults and 2 children, thanks to its spacious rooms that allow for the addition of sofa beds and extra beds.

• Ground floor: 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. From this floor, you can access a porch with views of the pool and the surrounding natural landscape.

This is an excellent base for a large group or multi generational family to spend time near Malaga. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, all the bedrooms have air conditioning, the large heated pool is brilliant, and there are lots of things to keep everyone occupied. Plenty of sunbeds, shade for those who need it, beautiful grounds, a pool table, and of course the wonderful chickens and fresh eggs every day! Miguel and Maricarmen are amazing hosts, so kind and attentive, and ready to help with any problems that may arise.We had a great week and would love to return again in future.

The hosts were very thorough in providing me with information on how to find the property and met me upon arrival to show me around. The property is well equipped and in a good location with easy access to Malaga airport with a journey of around 30 mins. The hosts were very helpful and gave an insight into local facilities. I would happily book again.

The Villa is very large and a traditional Spanish style. The pool and pool area were lovely. It felt like you were in a hotel as the pool is large and there are plenty of sun beds and is very clean and tidy. The location was great. 10 mins to a couple of supermarkets and fuel stations. Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Malaga, Torremolinos, and many other towns. The hosts were great. Met us at the villa and explained everything and also sent lots of information about the local area. There are solar cells being used which is good too. We were a party of 8 all adults but could have easily been 12 without any problems at all. The pool table, table tennis, and basket ball was used regularly. We used the outdoor kitchen for cooking and the well equipped kitchen. The chicken were a great addition and provided plenty of eggs.

We had the best vacation in this house as two families. Lots of room. Verry clean. The best host. We really enjoyed the heated pool since it was october. I really hope we can get back and stay in this house again.
