What a dream! My husband and I did a Big Island staycation at Volcano Tea House, and it did not disappoint. Shannon was super accommodating, everything was clean and tidy for us, self check-in was a breeze, and the National Park is less than 10 min away. Beyond that, the Japanese soaking tub is a real highlight. They even thoughtfully provide locally-made soaking salts. Would love to visit this gem again and again!

The Tea House was exceptional! The space is intentionally designed, comfortable, and peaceful. Every detail was accounted for, and the thoughtful amenities did not go unnoticed. The logistics of check in/check out were easy, the house manual recommendations were spot on (check out Cafe Ono & Catering, Tuk Tuk Thai Food Truck, Volcano Winery, and the Sunday morning farmer's market!), and the location to Volcanoes is so convenient. Highly recommend!

The volcano tea house cottage was a great place to stay in Volcano. We stayed for 2 nights and the cottage was beautiful, very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

Charming cottage - lovely, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. This private oasis is very much in harmony with the surroundings. Great communication from hosts too. Highly recommend!
