This is an excellent property to stay for your trip to Aruba! The listing is exactly as described and the main strip of Palm Beach is a three to five minute walk, literally through a parking lot. We were able to enjoy the beach at the Holiday Inn Property and the next day we stayed at the beach in from of the Hyatt. We had a group of six, so the three bedrooms were ideal. One of the bedrooms has an outside deck, which was really nice to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after the evening. The pool was fantastic and since it's a private property, we didn't have to worry about overcrowding. I had a nice chat with the pool guy when he came to clean it. I also really appreciated the unit being on the ground level so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the steps. Even if you don't have a large party, you still might consider the additional space for the money.

Very nice place. Nice size and clean. Wonderful outdoor area. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you need! The hosts were super nice and helpful
