Daytime work and limited, non-disruptive nighttime work may occur, and the pool will reopen upon completion. The dates between September 12 and October 10 will automatically receive a 15% discount.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The King Palm Two-bedroom condo is a magnificent vacation rental situated at the serene condominium resort of PalmAruba Condos. This condo offers an open living room with a large balcony overlooking the resort pool area, a TV, a queen-size sofa bed and two extra chairs, a 6-seat dining table, and a fully supplied kitchen. A half-bathroom and a laundry with a stacked washer and dryer are also present.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and walk-in closet and attached primary bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and walk-in closet and attached second bathroom with a shower.
Additional comforts include central air conditioning in every indoor space, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking as well as two cable TVs (one in the living room and in the bedroom). This condo is perfect for couples, a family or a group of friends staying at the same resort with individual condos. This condo is located on the fourth floor in the east building. Sleeps max 4+2.

Very clean , well stocked condo , spacious and welcoming , we stayed 2 weeks , felt like home.
2 small issues and /or suggestions
would have been nice to know that they clean it weekly , we were grateful that they cleaned it but we were not informed.
And we should be able to invite guests to the pool especially that it was empty 90% of the time.

The air conditioners leaked on both beds so every day we had to dry the bedding. My grandson wanted to play basketball and no one would get a ball for us.

Property was very nice. Rooms were large and clean. Pool area was great. Bbq was ok but did not like the process for having to use them. Too many people to deal with on the property for that. Could have had more kitchen utensils on site but was ok. I really liked that they cleaned constantly the entire property. Also weekly cleaning of my condo was great. Guards at gate were extremely helpful all the time. Reallyy enjoyed the property and will stay there again
