Bright, modern, and ideally located less than a mile from the beach, this polished home in Ocean Park is wonderfully equipped for a beach-going family. Enjoy afternoon barbecues on the deck, breathe in the ocean air as your kids play in the grass, and cap each evening with s'mores and stargazing by the firepit.

This single-story home sits a few blocks from the center of Ocean Park, a small seaside town towards the north end of the Long Beach Peninsula. You'll be three-quarters of a mile from a public beach access point and just over a mile from Pacific Pines State Park, a 10-acre expanse of dune grasses and shore pines that's perfect for fishing, birding, shellfish harvesting, and walking on the beach at sunset.

Stroll home from a glorious day at the beach to be greeted by ample space to relax outside - in the expansive yard, in cushioned seats on the back patio, or around the table on the deck. Bring out a good book, a board game, or a deck of cards and wait for the setting sun to illuminate the evening sky.

The interior is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style, beginning with a light-filled living room where you can curl up on the couch and stream movies on the smart TV. With a total of three smart TVs throughout the space, everyone can enjoy their favorite shows! The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area, perfect for gathering. You'll also love the converted garage rec room that provides even more space for after-dinner movies. For added convenience, there’s an extra freezer and complimentary WiFi, along with a private washer/dryer. Plus, don’t forget to take advantage of the two beach cruiser bikes for a fun day out!

We liked it, was comfortable and well appointed, nice amenities, plenty of parking. Lovely side street location was serene and quiet. A great value cost-wise, but, would have appreciated upfront disclosure of "surprise" added 89. vrbo fee. I called to try and gain understanding of what that fee was for, and why it was not mentioned in the listing, which stated, "all fees included", but I could not understand what was being said due to the heavy accent of the person answering my call.

Home was nice and it was clean. Large kitchen with a living room and family room. Nice back deck with table and chairs. Nice quiet neighborhood and good location. Terrible pots and pans- bring your own favorites.
