Beach Front Bella Vista is undoubtedly one of the best choices in the area. It is a very spacious villa with a private pool in a unique location with breathtaking panoramic views over the coastline of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beach Front Bella Vista is a 4-bedroom villa providing an exclusive retreat for a party of eight or a family seeking a private haven to experience the Island of Cyprus.
The villa has its own private swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun.
The property is located in a private complex which offers a clean, calm and well-built environment. The Villa has direct access to a small unique beach, being only a few meters away. If you would like a quiet day in the sun, enjoying seclusion and the amazing scenery of the Mediterranean sea, this cove is perfect for you.
The popular Fig Tree Bay is only a 15 mins walk away, a 500-meter-long bay boasting golden sands and crystal-clear waters, it is a certified blue flag bay and has been voted the third best beach in Europe in 2011 by Trip Advisor. The beach is suitable for families with children as there is an abundance of shallow waters. Next to Fig Tree Bay is the sought after Protaras strip where you can find a vast amount of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs that suite all needs.
Back at the Villa, the swimming pool area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.
The swimming pool has variable depths and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with an eight-piece comfortable rattan set.
Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with a large white L shaped leather sofa gathered around the modern coffee table that provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
On the ground floor you’ll find a large air-conditioned twin room and a bathroom with shower, providing convenience for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.
The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the first floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.
The en-suite Master bedroom is with a shower and furnished with a queen bed and direct access to the veranda which has unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and 2 single beds respectively and share a large bathroom that boasts a hot tub for your moments of relaxation after long days at the beach.

Great property, great host. Beautiful sea view from
the rear. The pool was very cold but the kids didn’t care. The Wi-Fi was only available downstairs in the Villa. The villa was well stocked with kitchen utensils. The villa is starting to look in need of some TLC especially around the pool and in the kitchen. I do recommend the villa and would stay here again..

Loved everything from arriving we had a faultless 3 week stay fantastic location the pool was lovely the gardener's cleaner's and pool people all very friendly. And the house manager Rita was attentive and kind Can't wait to go back

This Villa was better than we ever could have imagined. The pictures look amazing however they simply do not do it justice, no exaggeration. My 3 children absolutely thrived In the outside space with enough room to do whatever they pleased. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to swim around at the same time. The separate shallow pool was amazing for my 4 year old. The Villa itself made me feel like a millionaire. We are already talking about staying there again. Thank you so much Ezoria you were amazing hosts.
