About this villa rental
Holiday home situated in the town of Velez-Malaga, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This stylish holiday home is located in one of Velez-Malaga’s most ancient neighbourhoods. It was built in 1858, and it is characterised by an extraordinary amount of light, which floods in through the countless windows and doors, and all the comforts of a modern house. However, the Arabic-Andalusian atmosphere you'll soak up during your holidays in this villa will make you forget that you're in Europe.
This villa features six spacious bedrooms, where up to 13 people can relax and unwind. On the first floor of the villa, you will find five bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has one double bed and two spacious windows that let the light flood in. A second bedroom has one double bed and it leads off into a third bedroom with two single beds, this being the only way to access to the latter. The same thing you will find with the last two communicating bedrooms of this floor, both provided with one double bed each. One bathroom with shower and double washbasin is made available for the guests that’ll stay on the first floor of the villa, as well as a cosy living room with a sofa bed, where one person can sleep, which complete the charm of the first floor.
On the ground floor, there’s the sixth and last bedroom with three single beds each. All bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con and a electric meter box to keep track of the electricity consumption.
The ground floor, which is distributed around a quaint indoor patio, also features a bathroom with shower and the completely equipped independent kitchen. From here, you can access the outdoor area, where the salt-water private pool is located.
The pool is heated in winter, and the maximum temperature is between 22 and 25ºC. In summer, although it's not necessary to heat the pool, you can ask for this service. In this case, the maximum temperature is 28ºC.
The perfect place to unwind, the pool area also offers a barbeque to prepare mouth-watering delicacies to surprise your family. A private garage completes the facilities of the villa.
The owners live on the second floor of the house and share the same entrance and stairs with the clients. However, you and your family will have exclusive use of the holiday home, thus including the outdoor area with the pool and patio.

Nous avons réservé pour 15 jours l'été dernier et sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison et de l'Andalousie.Nous avons adoré les chambres et la déco, la piscine,(surtout les enfants) le patio avec son puits. Un vrai coup de coeur,dans une région magnifique et pleine de loisirs, pas loin de la plage.Pour ne rien gâcher, les andalous sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Nous espèrons revenir très vite dans ce hâvre de paix et de beauté

un cadre refait avec un profond souci de l'authentique et de la qualité, et un accueil chaleureux qui font se sentir en visite chez des amis, ou même chez soi. On revient très vite !

La maison est superbe et nous avons profité un maximum de la piscine (surtout les enfants). Les propiétaires sont absolument charmants. La petite ville de Velez-Malaga garde encore son caractère authentique mais on y trouve de tout (on peut y faire de belles promenades et les magasins sont à un pas de la maison). Si vous ne voulez pas utiliser votre voiture, pas de problème: de nombreux bus vous emmènent où vous voulez (Malaga, Nerja, Torre del Mar, etc.). La plage est à 5 kilomètres, un grand centre commercial avec plein de magasins et un grand hypermarché se trouve à environ 3 kilomètres, sur le chemin de la plage. L'endroit est aussi idéal comme point de départ pour des excursions d'un jour (ou plus) à Grenade, Seville, Cordoue, Antequera, Ronda, Malaga, etc. Nous vous recommandons chaudement Le patio Andalou. Vous ne serez pas décus.
