2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. The property was nice and clean... several light switches did not work, could not get the fan to turn on in the patio, and the fan light in the second bedroom was burned out. The bath vanity lighting in the master was not very bright and my wife complained about her ability to do her makeup. Overall, enjoyed the property and our stay very much.

Had a great stay, the layout worked well for 2 couples since it has connecting bathrooms in both bedrooms. Furnishing were newer and modern. Good location for traveling to Charleston as well. Overall very positive. Constructive feedback - there is a smoke detector in 2nd bedroom that has a night light feature....problem is it lights up often when just turning over in bed. Should fix that!
