IMPORTANT FALL 2026 PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT NOTICE
Crystal Shores West will be completing a major breezeway and walkway restoration project this fall to refresh and improve the appearance of the building.
From October 12 through November 8, 2026, the building will remain open and rentals are permitted, but guests should be aware that there may be daytime construction noise, dust, workers, and temporary inconvenience in the breezeway areas.
The building will then be completely closed from November 9 through November 22, 2026, while the final coating work is completed and allowed to cure. We have blocked those dates and are not accepting reservations during the closure.
Once completed, the newly resurfaced breezeways and walkways should provide a cleaner, refreshed appearance and help keep Crystal Shores West looking great for years to come.

Welcome to our Gulf-front condo at Crystal Shores West — a comfortable, well-kept space with direct ocean views, two king suites, and a spacious 26-ft private balcony.
This condo is our second home and our only rental property, and, as our reviews attest, we are hands-on and responsive. We want you to feel at home, enjoy your stay, and come back year after year.

* Thoroughly cleaned after each stay with attention to high-touch surfaces and linens
Cancellation Policy
* 100% refund 30 or more days before check-in
* 50% refund 14 to 30 days before check-in minus VRBO service fee
* No refund within 14 days

Beautiful condo right on the beach with a fantastic view of the Gulf from the balcony! Our host, Michelle, was always very responsive to our questions plus she had recommendations for restaurants, fishing, water sports, local sites, etc.

This year was the 5th time we rented a place to get out of the Michigan winter. The CSW condo was the best by far. For my wife and I, the condo was perfect. The view is wonderful, seeing dolphins most morning. The kitchen perfectly equipped. The entire condo is clean (better than any we have experienced).Gulf Shores and the area has plenty to do and see. We eat at several very good restaurants, some within walking distance. Our host is a good communicator, easy / nice to work with. We have only good things to say about our host and this condo. We definitely recommend this condo. We will rent again.
