There is a full-size washer and dryer as well as free in unit Wi-Fi.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. No pets are permitted, and this is a Non-smoking property. Monthly rental rates are not available.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

There was plenty of room. We had extra blankets in the closets for use. The view was beautiful. The starter pack for the washer and dishwasher was great. The parking was difficult with small spaces and you’re not allowed to hang towels on the balcony were the only things that we weren’t a fan of. We would stay here again!
