This condo is located in the historical Shadow Mountain Resort, which offers a public golf course next door, and tennis courts available if participating in a paid lesson or clinic. It offers a private front courtyard complete with covered outdoor seating. The back patio has a built-in BBQ and additional seating, highlighted by a cozy fire feature. It opens up to the community pool and spa, offering alfresco dining options with generous seating for six. Community pools are heated in the colder months.

The main suite boasts a comfortable king bed, a ceiling fan to keep things breezy, a spacious closet, and a 55-in Smart TV for your binge-watching pleasure. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exceptionally clean and bright and cheery. They had everything you needed and more. They layout was spaced out nicely with plenty of room for everyone. I definitely recommend this property!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, quiet, comfortable furniture and beds, blackout blinds, fully stocked kitchen and had a pool steps away. The 3 patios that always had shade were so nice during the heatwave. The location was perfect, walking distance to the el paseo shopping Centre

Everything exceeded expectations. The home was even nicer then I expected, rooms were bigger, kitchen was incredibly well stocked, towels were plentiful and soft! The location is so close to town it is easy to walk to town for a coffee if you don't want to drive.The community pool was steps away from the back patio. It did make the back patio less private, but there were never a lot of people there. Great place, may book again!
