This condo is located in the historical Shadow Mountain Resort, which offers a public golf course next door, and tennis courts available if participating in a paid lesson or clinic. It offers a private front courtyard complete with covered outdoor seating. The back patio has a built-in BBQ and additional seating, highlighted by a cozy fire feature. It opens up to the community pool and spa, offering alfresco dining options with generous seating for six. Community pools are heated in the colder months.

The main suite boasts a comfortable king bed, a ceiling fan to keep things breezy, a spacious closet, and a 55-in Smart TV for your binge-watching pleasure. We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

A wonderful home in a great property at Shadow Mountain. The newly renovated unit was really nice in all ways. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The patio that opened onto the pool and hot tub was used extensively. We love the location, walkable to El Paseo and everything we could want is within a 5 minute drive.

Fantastic Vacation Home – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings, it truly had it all.The communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely consider returning in the future. Highly recommended!
