Located in the town of CHATEAU D'OLERON. 300 meters from a supermarket, 1 minute from the city center and the port, 3 minutes from the beach.
This accommodation that we have named "Ocean" is the 1st full floor of the house and it is independent of the first floor, not overlooked, with its garden.
The accommodation consists of a large living room with kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave and convection ovens, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Nearby a large central island and an office area. On the dining room side, a table with 6 chairs. On the living room side a sofa bed with 2 real comfortable adult sleeping places and a television.
The 2 bedrooms with double beds are separated by a small corridor in the center of which is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Outside is the garden with its garden furniture, deckchairs and bbq all enclosed with a gate to park a car.

Removal of excrement by the tenant
Smoking allowed outdoors
