Puu Poa 307 combines the serenity of verdant mountain and deep blue ocean views with a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed condominium. Panoramic and unobstructed ocean views are perfect for spotting whales, dolphins and local surfers on the reefs below. The condo is only steps from the parking lot and although it boasts incredible third floor views, it is only up a short flight of stairs with very easy access.
It boasts an expansive gourmet kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, modern appliances and all of the cookware and amenities needed to create memorable meals or cocktails. The furnishings create a sense of place on Kauai with a touch of elegance and of course, comfort. The condo was recently upgraded with a brand new air conditioning system.
The breathtaking master suite features king-size bed with ocean views. The en-suite master bath has double vanities with granite counter tops and a large walk-in shower with rain-fall shower head. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a separate full bathroom with laundry facilities. Both bedrooms have their own split AC unit to keep them cool.
Puu Poa has the feel of a classic Hawaii resort community. The heated pool sits directly on the bluff above Hideaways beach. It also has a well maintained tennis court.
The condo is less than 500ft from the path to two world class beaches. Directly across the street is the paved walkway and stairs down to Puu Poa Beach directly below the newly opened 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. This calm and protected beach will host activities like snorkeling, kayaking and sailing when the resort is open. (Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on duty)
Next door is the newly renovated and reopened 1 hotel Hanalei Bay which boasts three world class restaurants, a coffee bar, shopping, and more remarkable views. It is only a five minute walk from your condo's front door.
