The condo was good for an overnight stay. The owners were very responsive & kind. Very close to just about anything you want to do. The price was good for the accommodations. Thank you for the hospitality!

The area seemed a little sketchy when we pulled up, but had no issues. The room was a good price but the cleanliness was not up to my standards. The bathroom smelled so strong of urine. The shower and frig were clean. There were several dead bugs on the ground, by the windows. The couch had several stains and there were a few black hairs on our sheets (looked like cat hair.)

Check-in was smooth. We loved the fact we didn’t need to do dishes or worry about the trash at checkout. The TV service was just OK, but the WiFi was great. Would stay here again.

The pics and description of the inside of the apartment were accurate, but the outside picture was of a blue looking cottage, so that was deceiving. The outside of the complex is quite rough. Needs some remodeling. Great location was the perk. The bedroom was very difficult for us to sleep in because there was a tremendous amount of light shining through the mini blinds and there were no curtains. The bed was very comfortable. The only dirty problem with the apartment was the stained couch in which we found a blanket to cover it up before sitting on.

We pulled up to the property and it is a section 8 area. Across the street windows broken out. People standing in parking lot eyeing up individuals. Not safe at all. The host is not helpful with getting refund for not staying on property that was false advertising.

Very convenient location. Will probably use it again in May for grandson’s graduation.

The complex is mixed full time living and short term. Some of the area looks run down. The inside of the apartment was nice. Just enough room for the 2 of us.

Exactly what we were looking for on our Bourbon Trail trip. Clean and comfy at a great price.

Overall the unit was as advertised in the listing. Conveniently located by the highway and distilleries. If we come back to Frankfort, we would consider booking this unit again.

We didn't get an exact address tell the day before arrival. So no looking up street view. The unit was clean and the building itself shows it age. Wasn't a bad neighborhood felt safe. No real bad issues.

This was a good place to stay for our quick trip. The communication was good. We arrived late and it was a little tricky to find the right building because it was so dark. We felt perfectly safe, but we did have to use our phone flashlights to climb the stairs, find the right unit, and enter the door code. The benefit to that is that our room was also nice and dark for sleeping (I have trouble sleeping if there are too many lights).
Everything was very clean though the complex is a little dated. In any case, we were very comfortable.
This is less than 10 minutes from Buffalo Trace and less than 30 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park (we were in Kentucky for a horse show and taking advantage of the proximity to BT). We also walked around in Frankfort to find breakfast and look in cute shops, which we likely would not have done if we had stayed closer to KHP.

Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.

Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on.
The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days.
I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.

We were a little nervous when we pulled in as the apartments across the street look like low income, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. We found the condo to be very clean. There a few restaurants within walking distance and Buffalo Trace is just down the street. We absolutely hope to stay here when we visit Frankfort again.

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo with a comfortable king size bed. It was perfect for us since the only time we planned to be in the condo was to sleep. Location is perfect for Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. The condo complex is older but for the price you can’t beat it! We will definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive and fixed the heater/air conditioner because the fan had been squeaking. He was super nice and very helpful. Great little place.

Kelly was great to work with and quick to respond!
Unit was very clean and just as advertised. Area looks a little shady, but we had no problems. Even met a couple of the neighbors. Very convenient to everything we wanted.
Only issue we had was the TV. I'm not up to date with internet TV, so could not watch NCAA playoffs. No problems watched at restaurants during dinner.
My wife & I stayed 3 night & would stay again.

Great stay, as advertised. A few small, minor things kept it from being five stars, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The unit was comfortable and felt like home. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It was great to find a place with a comfortable king size bed. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

A toaster and frying pan with oil salt and pepper would have been nice. But we enjoyed our stay and it was quite.

Enjoyed our brief stay here, just enough space to come back and rest to in between activities. Very clean, easy to access, and host took care of everything upon leaving making it super simple.
