For those venturing west, there is Cedar Point amusement park (45 minutes away), the lake Erie Islands including Put-n-Bay, Kelley's Island, Middle Bass Island (50-60 minutes to ferry), and Vermilion Lagoons (20 minutes away) are a must to check out. Don't forget to visit the lake shore for a magnificent Lake Erie sunset at some of our local beaches and piers.
