Perhaps you’d rather spend your day on the links playing a leisurely round of golf on either of the challenging courses, afterward enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa. You don’t have to leave the home, however, to enjoy the serenity of nature, as spacious upper and lower-level decks offer comfortable seating with a side of amazing views. The upper deck is screened in to protect you from the elements, so whether you choose to dine al fresco or just catch up on a good book, you won’t miss out on the beauty of this one-of-a-kind destination.

Indoors, soaring ceilings and abundant windows create grand spaces illuminated with natural light. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating with a smart TV, so even while away you’ll never miss an episode of your favorite show. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and one bonus room on the lower level.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Accessible through Bedroom #3, the lower-level bonus room includes a queen size bed and a TV for gaming only.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
