About this house rental
Tan Tar A Estates is connected to Margaritaville in a gated community. You'll have access to all the resort amenities except for the shuttle and fitness center. This home is within walking distance of the resort. On top of the hill from the home is one of the community pools.
If your here to enjoy the lake on your boat, fishing, swimming or even golfing. This property will meet all your needs. It is set up to sleep 12-14 guest with the pull out sleeper.
This property is tucked in a cove off the main channel to keep your boat or kids safe soaking up waves in the lake. Features include a master suite with 2 king size beds, full bath and private deck. The second and third bedrooms offer 2 queen size beds and each with a full bath and private deck.
Also included is a full kitchen, breakfast bar, with seating for 4 and a dinning table to sit 6. living room and large screen porch overlooking the lake. There are flat screen TV's located in all bedrooms, and living room.
The property is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just a 5 min drive to Walmart supercenter, and Dierbergs grocery store. Redhead Lakeside grill, Windrose, and Shorty Pants are just a few restaurants with in 2 miles of the home. Great stone coffee is a mile up highway KK.

Great VRBO! We enjoyed all the amenities, like the kayaks and tubes, Nice deck chairs for lounging. Kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge plus! Washer and drying was also really convenient after coming in from a day on the lake with wet towels and bathing suits.Would definitely stay here again.

Great house with huge dock. Loved the kayaks, paddle board and fishing. We plan to return next year.

Stayed at this property one week. Bedrooms are comfortable and interior furnishings were nice. Property manager was very responsive in follow up when we had issues. Fishing off the dock was fun for the kids. Good parking area Issues were the is no clothes washer or dryer and only allowed 4 towels per bathroom for the week. With 7 + people this is difficult. Dishwasher was broke with dirty dishes in them when we arrived. Ant problem in kitchen, we bought ant traps Bedroom patios are advertised however they are in poor condition and not usable Very worn , dirty and many spider webs. Exterior property and boat dock are in need of power washing. Lower level Outdoor screen porch in poor condition and unusable . Old rusted metal grill next to basic grill. Exterior not kept up. Bring insect spray as spiders create webs at front door every night being in a wooded area Spiders inside. Power washing and spray program would be recommended. Bring your own bathroom soap. Daily rate not justified in my opinion.
