Escape to our luxurious 4-bedroom lake house, "The Hangout", surrounded by serene nature. With upscale finishes, a stunning outdoor space, and amenities such as a fire pit, hot tub, shuffleboard, and casino table, this is the ultimate destination for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs add a touch of luxury to your stay. Immerse yourself in tranquility, enjoy the beauty of the shaded lot, and create unforgettable memories in this upscale lake house.

* Shuffleboard table and a full-size casino gaming table
* Sleeps 10 (3 king bedroom, 1 queen bedrooms, 1 twin over full bunkbed)
* Awesome outdoor living with large porch, spacious yard, fire pit, and gas grill
* Fully stocked kitchen including Keurig and complimentary coffee bar
* Beach towels provided
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.
*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***
***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***
***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
However, should you encounter a situation requiring immediate attention, such as plumbing or HVAC issues, we recommend contacting the appropriate 24-hour service providers listed below:

The house was perfect for our family getaway! We love to cook and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen! The area was peaceful, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us and the grandbaby! There was a Christmas tree in the living room that added to our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting. Lots of space to gather with the group with quiet rooms to relax in. Very good communication before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend.

Big upper deck, covered, comfortable chairs and sofas, big livingroom, nice bedrooms, would definitely stay there again. No boat dock and I don’t think I’d swim in the back end of the cove, nice location to main street whit close restaurants. Fisherman’s wharf, lahacienda, and Jose’s restaurants are all good. Home was easy access on quiet street.
