Breakaway 501 is a 5th floor, oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo in North Ocean City, Maryland, on 134th street. Bask in the intimate oceanfront view from the east facing balcony - from sunrises to the evening glow of the ocean, you can enjoy this beautiful condominium any time of the day. This end unit condo is charming and cozy with two extra windows allowing more natural light and featuring plenty of space to relax with living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. This oceanfront gem is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. The unit also features a washer/dryer for your convenience, plus cable television and internet to keep you connected.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The only thing missing from this condo was a dolly to get your belongings for a week’s stay up to your place. It was torture with the 100 degree temperatures to empty two vehicles.

Well equipped unit, comfortably furnished, the view is breathtaking. The extra side window made the unit feel brighter and bigger than other units we have stayed in, in Breakaway East. Really looking forward to going back.

This was the first time for my husband and I in Ocean City. Condo was exactly as pictured. Balcony was fabulous for morning sunrise or evenings outside to view the ocean and we enjoyed it tremendously. Would definately stay here again.
