Beautifully decorated oceanfront unit with new Kitchen in 2015, nice furniture, great room with mirrored wall, entertainment center with TV/DVD fabulous oceanview. 5th floor location in quiet five story 60 unit condo building with two elevators, on the beach. All bedrooms have TV/DVD, upgraded appointments, remodeled bathrooms, new hardwood floors, separate laundry room, well equipped kitchen with all appliances, beach chairs and equipment,lots of extras.New Pillow top beds. All new new Pella windows and doors. Balcony overlooking the ocean accessed from master bedroom and living room. Uncrowded north Ocean City location. HIGh SPEED INTERNET SERVICE INCLUDED. DEPOSIT REQUIRED. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY...SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Great place in a great location. The entire condo building was well maintained and clean, even the landscaping in the parking lot. All appliances worked great and were new. Unit is well equipped.

If this review was just based on the owner, her responsiveness and the beach location, this would be 5-stars, but unfortunately all factors need to be taken in to account.
POSITIVES
- the beach had less people than other areas on OCMD
- the view from the balcony was breathtaking for sunrise
- plenty to eat and do in the area of OCMD
NEGATIVES
- there are no pictures of the bathrooms in the advertisement. When asked the owner said they are great, but in reality they are run down and need to be renovated (note: the owner said she was going to do this soon)
- water heater broke during stay - we reset the breaker and it started working again. Advise you can only get 1.5 showers before hot water runs out
- the front door lock stopped working (electronic) while we were there so we got locked out. She said that was a problem and was going to get it replaced, but why not replace it right away and not let it keep happening.
- the balcony floor was very dirty and I don’t think they have ever wiped it down.
- there is carpet in the bedrooms which in a rental is a very bad idea because it is filthy. The owner mentioned the place is very nice, so we thought the carpet would be somewhat new and it was not.
- the refrigerator door felt like it didn’t always close fully. There was a note from the owner to push hard, but I still believe it doesn’t hold the cold well
- the dishwasher didn’t work. We brought our detergent and nothing would get clean. We just used paper/plastic after we realized, but we weren’t prepared to do that.
- parts of the hardwood floor are missing in the kitchen area
- from screen door was broken - screen and the self-close arm was falling off
- THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE, but a heads up: if you have small children (we have 1 and 4), this place is NOT conducive to having them there with glass lamps, glass windows in the wall unit, and plugs/wire exposed.
