About this house rental
Located in the heart of Lake Harmony, we have spared no expense when it comes to your vacation! With over 4000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for large groups and multiple families!
As you enter, the main floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. An open living room, dining room, and kitchen make for great gatherings and conversation! Just beyond the kitchen, you can make your way out to the 400-square-foot deck which has full unobstructed views of the lake. There you can sit out on a lounge chair and take in the fresh air or relax by reading a book! One flight up there are an additional two master bedrooms with private baths and a loft area for kids which has sleeping for up to 6!
The game room which consists of a brand new American-made pool table, a poker table, a shuffleboard table, and a built-in bar with a 50" TV for all your viewing needs! The lower level also consists of two more bedrooms and a full bath!
As you make your way past the bedrooms, you will be welcomed by a 400-square-foot home theater room that seats 9 comfortably in reclining chairs! Kick back and watch your favorite movie on a 75" big screen TV or your favorite sports team!
From the lower level, you can walk out to the second deck which gives you access to the lake. , there is no shortage of activities inside or outside the cabin! Bring your boat, or jet skis and park them on your own private dock. Enjoy a cocktail along the water or walk 2 doors down to Nick's Lake House where you can dine alfresco! There are canoes and paddles available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
(Paddles and Life Jackets Included)! We do supply the following items: Towels, Trash bags (2), Toilet Paper (2) per bathroom, and Paper Towels (2).

Owner accepts pets on an individual basis with an extra pet fee. The marina key is available with a deposit. Also, there is a one time permit fee of $500 to use your own
vessel on the lake. Permits can be purchased at the township before check in. This home is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and in walking distance to local restaurants and nightclubs. This beautifully decorated waterfront cottage is minutes from Split Rock Indoor Water Park, The Galleria and Golf Course. Tenants have use of all Split Rock amenities that are open to the public for a fee collected by Split Rock. The lakefront property is approximately 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun or Mount Airy Casinos. It is also close to Hickory Run State Park and Sand Springs free beach. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Overall we loved our stay in this lake house. There is plenty of room for lots of people and children. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware, coffee pots, air fryer, toaster, etc. There are plenty of dishes and cups as well. The house was very clean and beds were made when we arrived. Parking can fit 8 cars. The game room and movie room were a huge hit with all the kids. All the bathrooms worked well. We were happy to find extra small refrigerators in the kitchen and bar. The hot tub was nice as well. Our only negative was the dock by the water. It desperately needs redone. The boards are splintered and the paint is peeling. The nails are also sticking up. And the steps leading to the dock are broken and we were nervous one of the small kids was going to step in the hole from the broken wood. Definitely needs replaced. Better outdoor furniture would also be nice. The road behind the house is too busy for children with bikes, but it is convenient for walking to multiple restaurants and a cute ice cream shop. We loved that! Another suggestion is more large trash cans for the amount of people. Overall, we would definitely book this house again!

Great restaurants, & live music.Con: lake is over populated with too many boats & power boats with excessive horse-power. Don’t even try to bring a boat to this lake. They make it almost impossible. I understand why now. Plus no rental boats, only tour boat with Captain Wolf.Overall great location!

This was an amazing cabin stay. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to be on the water that much however the house has so many amenities that we were able to stay entertained the whole time. Will definitely return with friends and family!

Overall this is a nice house. The location is great and the size of the place is impressive. For this price though, the attention to detail was horrible. The hot tub was filthy, the dock is falling apart, the chairs were flimsy, and some of them were broken when we got there. One of our friends sat in a chair and I guess someone had broken it and then just stuck the pieces together, so it crumbled underneath him. Luckily he wasn't hurt and we actually got a good laugh, but again, for this price, I expect much better.
