Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities and shops are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit
DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

The amenities in this community are great. We didn't take advantage of all of them but i would if we were there longer. The house was nicely appointed and the host was responsive. Only issues that made me drop the rating to 4 stars were that there was not any firewood to start us off with, but maybe that's because the fireplace was not working and it actually caused the smoke detectors to go off for about an hour in the whole house . Also no can opener which seems like a staple.

Everything about the home was just absolutely perfect. From beginning to end it was nothing but perfection. The listing was exactly what was expected and more. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again.

Great property manager, very prompt and helpful communication. House has all the amenities and plenty to do for toddlers. Lots of fun for adults as well. Very scenic and calm, great location.
