This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements as follows: King • Queen • Queen • Queen • 2 Singles • Futon.
Perched on a high lot, this well-appointed duplex has an inverted floor plan to maximize the stunning ocean views. Enjoy Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout the home.
Top Level (Main Living Area)
Featuring an open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings, the top floor provides the perfect space to gather with family and friends.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the modern amenities, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Dining Area: Enjoy a sit-down meal at the dining room table (seats 8) or grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar (seats 4).
Living Area: With two plush sofas and a rattan chair and love seat, there is plenty of space to create and share memories in the great room. Enjoy a movie on the big flat-screen TV or step outside to take in the scenery on the deck, furnished with rocking chairs, bar height seating and a table.

Bedroom 4 shares a full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

This property has a special place in our hearts. We have returned to it year after year. Love the location, ease of access to the beach, functional kitchen and dining areas, beach views and outdoor shower. Perfect for families.
