Located just inside a quiet cove allowing for easy lake play including kayaking, water trampoline, fishing and swimming without worrying about boat traffic. Features double decker dock with tanning area and dock space for your boat! Private boat ramp next to the property for ease of loading/unloading. Located on the desired cool water Colorado river and minutes from sand bar.
