With its outstanding location in the heart of Waikiki, this studio apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Be steps away from the ocean, yet central to restaurants, shops, and amenities.
The high floor offers partial ocean views, along with mountain view. Free assigned parking is also included which is rare in Waikiki!
The unit has a newly remodeled kitchen with a microwave/convection oven and induction stove top.
We respect your privacy and are available via text or telephone to respond to questions or requests.
Since we are in the center of action in Waikiki, please expect urban noise including traffic, music from bars/restaurants, and pedestrian activity.
Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Visitors can hike Diamond Head for stunning views, explore Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, or discover marine life at the Waikiki Aquarium. It's a vibrant, walkable, and dynamic destination.
We have a pool on the 4th floor of the building. We also have 2 beach chairs and1 umbrella for your use.
The unit has a full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and induction stovetop.. It is stocked with basic spices to help make cooking easy.
Two queen beds provide a comfortable sleep. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning add to the comforts! The furniture has been updated in late 2021, including new mattresses. Kitchen was remodeled in 2022.
The Waikiki area is walkable, and in fact, we suggest you walk as much as possible since parking is difficult to find in Waikiki. The Bus system on Oahu is excellent. Bus stops are located at the street corners next to the building. There are also car rental agencies throughout Waikiki.
Construction Notice: The building's exterior concrete repair and painting project is in its final phase and nearly complete. Please note that guests may experience daytime noise Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the pool will remain closed until all construction is finished. Lanai access is fully restored. We appreciate your patience as we wrap up these necessary building maintenance updates.
Parking spot - assigned spot in basement of building. We recommend that you rent a smaller vehicle as the spot assigned to the unit has a wall on one side and a lower ceiling which make it difficult to get in and out of the vehicle if it's too large.
Noise - since we are centrally located in a resort area close to restaurants and bars, the area is noisy. You will hear urban noises from traffic and people.

There is the room in the very convenient place of the center of Waikiki.
It is our favorite condo and we keep coming back.
Everything you need for your stay.
Hotel parking in Waikiki is very expensive, but this building has its own free parking garage.
The building is well secured.
Laundromats are located on each floor.
The host, Lia, is very sincere and will respond immediately if you have any questions, so you can stay with peace of mind.
The room is very clean and well kept.
Beach equipment is also provided.
We used beach umbrella and beach chairs. It was very comfortable.
Lia, thank you so much for everything.
I apologize for the inconvenience with the key.
Thanks to Lia's support, we have many good memories of this year's trip again.
